GETTING READY FOR REGISTRATION

Registration for HI-CAMP 2025 opens Sunday, April 6. We recommend using a computer to complete the registration process.

To make the registration process more efficient for you, here is the list of questions you will be asked during registration.

If you are a student completing your registration, great, however, there are parts for one of your parents, so please have them also read the following:

Parent email address

Church family attends

Youth Group student attends (PLEASE use church name)

Cabin-mate preferences (no more than 2)

Health Insurance Provider

Name on Health Insurance Card

Health Insurance Card Number

Allergic Reactions

Last Tetanus Shot (Date if known)

Health Problems or Activity Restrictions

Regular Medication

There will also be some short statements to which your parents will need to add their name and date.

The final step in Registration is payment. Please be careful when completing this payment form.  Only a $20 deposit paid by credit card is due at this time. The default option is “payment in full $755”. We prefer that you select the $20 deposit option at this time as credit card fees for full payments can get costly.

Also, there will be a Ponderosa smart waiver link in your registration confirmation email. This is a requirement of Mount Hermon and must be completed by a parent prior to attending Hi-Camp. To avoid sending reminders, please finish this upon completing your registration.

An additional email will be sent from the Camp Director to students and parents acknowledging your registration has been received and reminding you of the final payment to be paid by Venmo or check to arrive no later than May 15.
